In my Xmas card class we are doing a Side Step Card, I think it was thought of by Julie Davison and Jackie Topa, anyway I cased it and then I saw a card made by I think Gretchen Barron not sure about all this and the spelling of their names however I want to share a great Idea I had, and I haven't seen it anywhere, however maybe someone else has had it too. Look what I came up with.
This isn't original, however the next picture is my idea, and it will work with so many stamps. I first have to say I hate omitting or masking, and I really don't like having stamps on both side of the wood because I get ink on my hands and fingers and then it gets on my card and grrr anyway here it is

How I mounted it and the words go in and out and when they don't stay in place anymore if that should happen I will just put some dotto on the paper and make it stick this is the greatest idea I have ever had, I think!! one thing to note is that when you put the stamp on the wood, have it together so it keeps it shape. Anyway that is my tip for the day. Hugs
